Property Description
Fattoria il Salice is a farm house where guests can stay in three attractive holiday apartments, four of which (Il Salice, and Il Granaio) are built into the renovations of the old cattle byre, while the other (Il Giardino) occupies the first floor of the owner's house. All around the houses a large garden rich of flowers and shaded by tall trees, where each apartment has its own private outdoor space equipped with table and chairs. At full guest's disposal the swimming pool (dim. 6x12 m, depth m. 0,90-2,30), the tennis court (grass), the table tennis, a play area for children, and the bicycles (free use). On request the owner will prepare typical Tuscan dishes which you could taste comfortably in your apartment or in the restaurant room (max. 16 persons) located on the ground floor of the owner's house. Laundry room with washing-machine and iron facilities for communal use. Wi-Fi Internet access in the garden or at owner's house. 4 km far the villages of Foiano della Chiana from one side and Lucignano to the other, endowed with all kind of shops and facilities.

Ground floor apartment with portico equipped with table and chairs for outdoor meals situated in the restored hay barn next to the tennis court. Living- dining room with kitchenette, fireplace and sofa, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.

" IL GIARDINO " Interior Description
First floor apartment of the house where the owner lives, reached by an external staircase. Living-dining room with kitchenette, fireplace and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. Private garden (approx. 100 sqm) equipped with table and chairs.

For who arrive from Nord Italy A1 highway direction Rome.
Exit Monte San Savino.
Turn right following all sign toward Castiglion Fiorentino.
Go straight for approx 5 kmt. as far as you meet a junction. Here turn right following all sign for Marciano della Chiana.
After about 1 kmt. turn left, following indication Pozzo della Chiana – Foiano della Chiana.
After about 4,2 kmt. after you have passed the small village of Pozzo della Chiana, turn right and follow sign indicating AZIENDA AGRITURISTICA MENCHETTI.
Continue on follow these indication for approx 1,2 kmt, and you will be welcome to AZIENDA AGRITURISTICA MENCHETTI.
